Do you charge for estimates?
No. On-site estimates are free across our service area, and you get the scope and price in writing before any work is scheduled.
How fast can you get here for a broken AC?
Call or text 949-795-4548 and we will tell you honestly. In peak summer we prioritise no-cooling calls, and we will give you a real arrival window rather than an all-day one.
Should I repair my air conditioner or replace it?
It depends on the age of the system, the cost of the repair, and what the rest of the equipment looks like. As a general rule, once a system is past twelve years and the repair approaches a third of replacement cost, replacing usually wins. We will show you the numbers either way and let you decide.
How long does a kitchen or bathroom remodel take?
A typical bathroom runs three to five weeks and a kitchen six to ten, depending on scope, permits, and material lead times. You get a realistic schedule in the written estimate, not an optimistic one.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a licensed California contractor and carry general liability and workers compensation insurance. Our licence number is listed in the footer of every page, and you can verify it directly with the CSLB.
Do you handle permits?
Yes, on work that requires them. We pull the permits and coordinate inspections as part of the job.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. We handle both residential and commercial HVAC and interior work, including tenant improvements.
